Yes! We designed the app specifically for road trips where cell service can be spotty or non-existent (especially when driving through national parks or remote highways). All spotted plates are saved securely in your local database.
By default, the free version tracks all standard passenger license plates from all 50 states. You can purchase expansion packs in the app to unlock specialty collections such as municipal agencies, public safety (police/fire), educational institutions, environmental conservation editions, and historical plates.
Absolutely. In the trip manager panel inside the app, you can create new custom checklists (e.g., "Summer Trip 2026", "Daily Commute", or "Yellowstone Route") to track plates independently, and optionally choose whether they should contribute toward your global "Life List" history.
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or collection progress with third parties. All of your road trip scavenger hunt checklist data is stored locally on your device and is only used to manage your lists and display your progress.
We take user privacy very seriously. You can request complete deletion of your account and historical data directly through our dedicated Data Deletion Guide.
